Bone-in is the traditionalist's choice — the bone keeps the meat juicier and more flavourful through the fry, and the pieces come out with that deep, old-school fried chicken character that boneless can't quite match. Laid over a warm, fluffy waffle with syrup, it's the original sweet-and-savoury combination.

Bone-in or boneless — which should I get?+
Bone-in is the traditional experience — juicier, more flavourful, worth the extra napkins. Boneless is easier to share and faster to eat. Both use the same certified halal chicken, hand-breaded to order, over the same golden waffles.
Is chicken and waffles sweet or savoury?+
Both — that's the magic. Crispy seasoned fried chicken plus a warm waffle and syrup hits sweet and savoury in the same bite. If you've never tried the combination, this classic plate is the place to start.
Can I get the chicken spicy?+
Yes — the plate comes with no heat by default, but the chicken can be seasoned at any of our six heat levels. Nashville hot chicken over a sweet waffle is a fan favourite for a reason.
