The Cluck Yeah is the sandwich that started it all — Cluck Clucks' signature chicken and waffle sandwich, and still the first thing we tell new guests to order. Crispy hand-breaded halal boneless chicken is layered inside a warm jalapeño cheddar waffle with smoky chipotle aioli, creamy dill mayo, and fresh crunchy coleslaw.
The waffle is the trick. Instead of a bun, the chicken sits between the sweet-savoury fluff of a jalapeño cheddar waffle, so every bite lands somewhere between brunch and late-night comfort food: heat from the jalapeño, smoke from the chipotle, cool freshness from the slaw and dill mayo, and that shattering crust in the middle of it all.
